What did our latest acquisition look like?
We recently acquired PJ’s Liquor Store and the 1-acre property for $900,000, which included the business, building, and yard.
Through new marketing channels, strategic pricing initiatives, and stronger brand identity, the stores revenue increased substantially.
Improved operational efficiency allowed us to expand the team by four more staff members.
In short, we don’t plan to change much. Our theory is to “refine, not re-design”. We plan to honour the business you’ve built while identifying opportunities to refine and strengthen what’s already there.
